Land with PIP approved in the Bonfim area

Land with request for prior information (PIP) approved regarding the work of expansion and alteration of the building in Rua de São Dionisio and Praça da Alegria, in the parish of Bonfim, municipality of Porto.

In the plot of land are comprised two plots hereinafter designated parcel A and B. Plot A will have a surface of 130m2, facing Rua São Dionisio and will be formed by the multifamily building A, with a deployment area of 91m2 composed of 3 autonomous fractions (A.1, A.2 and A.3) of T2 dwellings, and a permeable garden free space with 39m2. Plot B will have a surface of 85.75m2, facing Praça da Alegria and will be formed by the single-family building B, with a deployment area of 60m2 consisting of 1 T3 fire, and a permeable garden free space with 25.75m2.

It is inserted in the Urban Rehabilitation Area City of Porto and therefore benefits from a reduced VAT rate of 6% on construction materials and labor, exemption from IMI of 3 years (extendable for another 5 under certain conditions), exemption from IMT and taxation of 5% in the IRS on income or capital gains. All these benefits must be included in the Regulation of Tax Benefits.
